LagosPhoto is the first and only international arts festival of photography in Nigeria, launched in 2010 by the African Artists’ Foundation. The upcoming 8th edition runs from November 24 to December 15. The month long event includes workshops, roundtable discussions, artists’ presentations, screenings, indoor- and large scale outdoor exhibitions. Each year, the festival is centred around a theme that engages complex cultural, political and economic issues that are defining a new Africa. This year’s festival is themed 'Regimes of Truth' and comprises the works of 26 photographers including some of whom you might have read about through ZAM, such as Kadara Enyeasi, KEYEZUA, and Joana Choumali.

Please view the complete list of participating photographers on the website of LagosPhoto.
